Norm began his real estate career in 1981 while real
estate was in a deep recession and noticed that most
people were mismanaging their finances. He became
involved with the CFP (Certified Financial
Planners) program, receiving his securities, insurance
and variable annuities licenses with the goal to impart
more complete financial knowledge to his clients. Norm
offered these services and with his insights into
investments and financial planning. In 1991, real estate
values fell 20-40%, and Norm founded Pre-foreclosure
Specialists, one of the first companies designed to
negotiate “short sales” with lenders and to reduce
foreclosures.
Norm later expanded into the mortgage field and founded
Priority Plus Lending in 2002. He also became a
member of the Doug Fabian Radio Show, and offered
weekly real estate information and help listeners
looking for honest and direct answers.
Norm shortly thereafter began teaching the
Mortgage Accelerator PLUS program, an
innovative financial planning system designed to help
clients become mortgage and debt free in 1/3 the time.
He has also designed a powerful program for businesses
called Business Debt Eliminator (B.D.E.).
Since 2002, via their radio show and live workshops,
they has taught thousands of homeowners how to create
financial options for themselves, and
demonstrate that a mortgage free home is a
possibility. They show homeowners how to “think like a
bank” and pay off all debts in 7-10 years. The sound and
proven financial concepts they teach have benefited
thousands of their clients at their live workshops
throughout the country in addition to teaching
Affiliates these concepts.
